HOW FITNESS BECOMES A LIFESTYLE!!!


Lifestyle is a way of life or how you like to live your life with some specific means towards your life.


How fitness becomes a lifestyle;

When a person newly starts to go to the gym, it is very hard for him to be consistent with working out regularly as the person is already trapped in his comfort zone for god knows how many years. At this specific stage its on to the person whether to stick with consistency or just keep on slacking from the gym. The slacking never achieve none of the physique goal he/she desired and stays in his/her comfort zone.

Lets talk about the person whom plans to stick with being consistent working out 6-times a week. When the person stays consistent, he surpasses the struggle phase and starts to enjoy his workouts on regular basis, it doesn't stays a burden for him now.

In 1-3 months the person starts to see results & changes in his body and becomes very proud of it.

From here on the fitness lifestyle starts to take ON as the person gets more and more motivated that he/she has achieved a good amount of results in 1-3 months and questions himself/herself: "What can he/she do in a year, in 2 year or in 5 years?" 
with this motivation lingering on, the person starts to make changes on his/her life as get more and more results and this becomes a habit & part of his/her life.
As the person improves his diet (Starts to pick better food options rather than just finding pleasure for a short period), Gives importance to his sleep rather than partying, wasting time on phone for no reason, stps and avoids all the bad habits (Alcohol, masturbation, smoking etc.) and also maintain a good physique 'ALL YEAR ROUND'.

Short term pleasure becomes a non-existent thing for him/her. The person gets addicted with just getting RESULTS RESULTS RESULTS. Here on its just long term game of just making life adjustments on basis on fitness. 

There are various benefits of having a fitness lifestyle;
